  1. massive overdose 
  2. citalopram (Celexa) overdose which can cause QT prolongation and seizures 
Otherwise, SSRI overdoses are generally benign.

    Toxic dose: unknown, should be >10X the therapeutic dose
    Toxidrome: CNS symptoms, CVS symptoms, Serotonin syndorme

    For elderly patients, the toxic dose level should be lower.
